Miitomo has been updated with new content once again. Players can nab some new items in the latest Miitomo Drop stage, “Fun in the sun! Summertime Style #3”.

Available items include:

– Tropical glass costume (set)
– Tropical-juice straw (set)
– Hula top (set)
– Hula skirt (set)

Users can select Miitomo Drop stages from the Shop tab. Miitomo coins or game tickets are needed to play.

It’s now July 20 in Japan. Today was supposed to be the day when Pokemon GO launched in the country, based on reports which surfaced several hours ago. However, those plans have apparently been delayed.

Internal communication from McDonald’s Japan concerning Pokemon GO’s arrival leaked hours ago and quickly spread online. Once it went viral, the app’s release was supposedly moved from the morning to early afternoon. The parties involved eventually decided to cancel today’s launch as a whole, TechCrunch writes. The site says there were “concerns that the hype generated would overload the game.”

So when will Pokemon GO come to Japan? News outlet Nikkei says it’ll happen on Friday. Meanwhile, TechCrunch adds that the launch is “imminent”.

Nintendo released official videos for Mario Tennis, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, and Salamander on the Japanese Wii U Virtual Console. Watch them below.

XSEED has discounted a few games on the North American 3DS eShop. First, Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is $20 (normally $40). Senran Kagura Burst and Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale are also discounted, as they’re each $15 (normally $30). The sale lasts until July 25.

Sensor Tower has provided a new round of data about Pokemon GO. The app’s strong presence thus far is once again highlighted.

According to Sensor Tower’s data, Pokemon GO has now been downloaded over 30 million times worldwide across iOS and Android. In doing so, it’s earned more than $35 million in net revenue. The game also sees “more daily average usage than the world’s most established apps in the process.”

Sensor Tower also indicates that Pokemon GO is the fastest mobile game to reach 10 million downloads worldwide, having done so in just a week. It beat out Supercell’s Clash Royale by two days and Candy Crush Jelly Saga, which did so in twelve days. Additional comparisons are above.
