Super Mario Kart is out now on the Wii U Virtual Console, without any prior notice from Nintendo. It’s available for $7.99. Download it, folks!

The Poke Ball Pattern Vivillon distribution is now live for Pokemon X/Y. You can secure the Pokemon by following the steps below.

1. Connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet.
2. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
3. Select Receive Gift, then Yes.
4. Select Get Via Internet, then Yes.
5. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive your Vivillon.

Note: this distribution will end on August 12.

Nintendo of America has signed off on Azure Striker Gunvolt, meaning the game should be launching in the states fairly soon. On that note, Inti Creates intends to announce a release date soon.

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson eats up quite a bit of space on an SD card. The game weighs in at 17,100 blocks – larger than the last 3DS entry Senran Kagura Burst. Of course, Senran Kagura 2 can also be purchased as a retail cartridge in stores.

Nintendo has been sending out an email to Japanese Club Nintendo members, which contains a lovely piece of art to celebrate the Hanabi festival. It’s a Zelda-centric piece featuring Link and Majora’s Mask. I wouldn’t say this hints at a Majora’s Mask remake as some have speculated, but it’s nice to look at in any case!
