Last month we reported on the Special Edition Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire themed New 3DS that will be available exclusively at Pokemon Center’s in Japan. The special editions are based on Groudon and Kyogre, each with a corresponding felt faceplate. They will also contain a special code for the exclusive Home screen theme pictured above. Currently these are exclusive to these special editions, and will be availible at Pokemon Centers across Japan on November 21.
Take this one with a grain of salt, but some unused announcer audio files have surfaced supposedly from Smash for 3DS and make mention of some interesting tidbits. The most notable one is an announcer recording of ‘8-player Smash’ among other things. Could this all be unused content? Perhaps a hint at what’s to come on Wii U? Check it out below and let us know what you think

Stolen Couch Games hasn’t given up on the idea of bringing Castaway Paradise to Wii U. The developer will “still consider” its game for Nintendo’s console, though the mobile release is the focus for now. Stolen Couch’s Arthur Koopmans told us that “there is no reason why we shouldn’t bring the game to Wii U.”
Castaway Paradise’s launch is just on the horizon, as it will hit iOS platforms tomorrow. We’ll let you if Stolen Couch Games shares any specific plans in the future about bringing the game to Wii U.
