Etrian Mystery Dungeon is tough to find in Japanese stores
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 3 Comments
We won’t have any sales data until tomorrow, but Etrian Mystery Dungeon appears to be doing very well in Japan.
In a notice sent out today, Atlus noted that Etrian Mystery Dungeon is running out of stock in Japan, and a new shipment is coming very soon. That being said, the next shipment could also run out quickly, so reserving a copy is recommended.
Atlus apologized for the stock issues surrounding Etrian Mystery Dungeon with the above image. For those who are looking to purchase the game immediately, the company does mention that its game can be found on the eShop as a digital download.

Stella Glow producer on the game’s delay, new characters revealed
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 1 Comment
Stella Glow finally has resurfaced after originally being announced last October. This week’s issue of Famitsu has a follow up report on the game, and the magazine spoke with producer Hideyuki Mizutani about the delay.
According to Mizutani, development was nearly finished in October, and the project was all wrapped up in November. However, sales-related issues pushed the title from its original winter launch target. Imageepoch ended up partnering with SEGA to handle Stella Glow’s publishing. As you may recall, the two companies worked together on 7th Dragon.
That’s not all on Stella Glow. Famitsu also provides a first look at the following characters:
The Eastern Witch and Song Maiden, Sakuya (voiced by Yui Sakakibara)
That Ninja Guard, Nonoka (voiced by Sayuri Yahagi)
The Merchant, Yuan (voiced by Mana Hirata)
Hilda’s Lackey Enemy Witch, Droshi (voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki)

Nintendo to host Smash Bros. Wii U amiibo tournaments in Japan
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News | 3 Comments
Starting on March 14, Nintendo will be hosting a series of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournaments at a number of gaming and toy store locations across Japan. Stores in Ichikawa (Chiba prefecture), Umeda (Osaka) and Moriya (Ibaraki) will be seeing the first round of tournaments.
It’s important to mention that these tournaments aren’t player-based. Instead, amiibo figures will be battling it out.
The prize for winning the tournament is none other than… a free amiibo. Nintendo is also providing a Super Smash Bros. A4-sized clear file for all participants.
