Animal Crossing New Horizons Direct

Nintendo will air a new Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct on October 15, the company has announced. The presentation will last about 20 minutes.

ExZeus The Complete Collection gameplay

Gameplay has come in for ExZeus: The Complete Collection, a digital package that comes with the rail shooters ExZeus and ExZeus 2.

Square Enix is bringing all of the Kingdom Hearts games to Switch as cloud titles, it’s been revealed. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai delivered today’s news in his presentation today announcing Sora for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix Cloud Version, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue Cloud Version, and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind Cloud Version will all be released. There is currently no word on launch timing.

Last September, Square Enix’s Tetsuya Nomura said that the company had considered porting the Kingdom Hearts games to Switch. However, the company found it to be technically challenging. While we won’t be seeing these titles running natively, the cloud versions will at least be an option for owners of Nintendo’s console.

Sora from Kingdom Hearts is joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a new DLC character, Nintendo has just announced. This will be the final participant in Fighters Pass Vol. 2. It will be going live on October 18.

Sora won’t just be a standalone character. Like all other DLC, a new stage, music, and spirits will be included.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai revealed the latest set of Mii Fighter costumes during a presentation today, including Octoling (Wig) and Judd (Hat) from Splatoon and Doom Slayer (Gunner) from Doom. This will be the last batch added to the game.

Many games and franchises have been represented in Mii Fighter form over the past few years. Undertale, Cuphead, No More Heroes, Assassin’s Creed, and Super Mario RPG are among the titles that have appeared.

The final “Mr. Sakurai Presents” presentation for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is almost here, and we have a live stream for the proceedings. You’ll be able to tune in starting at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe.

Nintendo announced a couple of weeks ago that the last DLC fighter for the game would be revealed today. Director Masahiro Sakurai will now share the news and share an in-depth look at the character in his today’s broadcast. We should be getting a bit of other news as well, including the next wave of Mii Fighter costumes.

tetris 99 monster hunter rise

Tetris 99 is teaming up with Monster Hunter Rise for its next event, Nintendo has announced.

The game’s 25th Maximus Cup will be going live later this week. When it’s active, players will have a chance to earn a theme based on Monster Hunter Rise. Themes in the game have typically been first-party, to it’s interesting to see things being changed up here.

We are only a few days away from the launch of Metroid Dread. It’s been a long time since we saw a new, original, 2D game in the series. Right now, expectations are at the highest point so far. Nintendo has shown a lot of the game and everything is looking encouraging. I decided to take a closer look at the information we have, analyzing what elements Dread is borrowing from previous games, and how it is trying to create the best Metroid experience possible.
