A preview for this week’s issue of Famitsu shows off a little more information about The Great Ace Attorney. Pheonix Wright’s ancestor Ryunosuke Naruhodou will work alongside characters like Sherlock Holmes in the United Kingdom to bring swift justice and what is sure to be plenty of “Objections”. We now we have a visual on what the new rival prosecutor will look like.

The game will release on July 9 in Japan. Stay tuned for further details!

We’re one step closer to the end of Club Nintendo. Once tomorrow has passed, you won’t be able to earn coins on the website any longer. Make sure to finish up any product registrations you have!

The Gold and Platinum rewards should hopefully be announced later this week. After that, there’s not much to look forward to. Mewtwo DLC is coming sometime this spring (make sure you register Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS before tomorrow ends), and that’s about it! But hey, Club Nintendo had a good run. And we’ll be receiving a new loyalty program down the road.

Nintendo is trying to put the kibosh on the fan-made Super Mario 64 Unity/HD remake. You may have noticed that one site, which previously hosted a playable browser demo, was slapped with a copyright infringement claim.

I suppose one bright spot is that the original remake post is still up and running on the creator’s website. It’s just tough for fan projects to survive when they’re based on content from game-makers!

Atlus posted an… interesting message on its Twitter and Facebook accounts today. Based on what was shared, it’s looking likely that we’re due for a localization announcement of Attack on Titan for 3DS soon.

Here’s what was added to Atlus’ social media pages today:

There are a couple of references to Attack on Titan here – notably the opening lyrics and one of the anime episodes.

Remember: Attack on Titan was rated in Australia a few months ago. When that listing popped up, Atlus was listed as publisher.

BoxBoy! block size

Posted 9 years ago by in 3DS eShop, News | 5 Comments

BoxBoy! hasn’t been dated just yet, but Nintendo has already started issuing download codes to the press. It’s pretty small, with just 644 blocks of free space required.

By the way, something else we’re hearing is that the BoxBoy! review embargo lifts on Wednesday. Perhaps the game will be seeing a surprise launch this week?

Thanks to Jake for the tip.
