Cross-play support is coming to Overwatch, Blizzard has announced. When active, Switch players will be able to go up against others on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. Cross-progression is not planned for launch though the team is exploring that functionality.

Players will need to create and link their Battle.net account in order to participate. Everyone who follows the steps and logs in to Overwatch by December 31, 2021 will receive a Golden Loot Box.

My Nintendo has a new physical reward up based on the recently-released DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power. For 500 Platinum Points, members can get their hands on a themed drawstring bag.

The item features Supergirl, Wonder Woman, and Batgirl. On the back, there’s a “Fighting for Justice” graphic. We have additional photos below.

Chinatown Detective Agency

Chinatown Detective Agency, a mystery adventure game first announced for Switch last year, has just received a brand new trailer. Watch it below.

Today, Atlus shared a new Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster video featuring director Kazuyuki Yamai. Yamai goes over the RPG’s Digital Deluxe Edition content, which includes the Maniax Pack DLC (featuring Dante from Devil May Cry), music from a variety of previously released Shin Megami Tensei titles, and the Mercy and Expectation Map Pack with two additional dungeons.

Also keep in mind that the Merciful Difficulty DLC is free to all. This provides a more accessible for players interested in focusing on the game’s stor.y

Fuga: Melodies of Steel

It’s been a long wait for Fuga: Melodies of Steel. The game, which was announced as part of CyberConnect2’s “Trilogy of Vengeance” projects over three years ago, still hasn’t released. There also hasn’t been many updates from the developer as of late.

Fortunately, we’re due for news very soon. CyberConnect2 has confirmed that a “big announcement” is dropping on June 14 at 12 PM in Japan. That converts to the following times in other parts of the world:

The Falconeer: Warrior Edition

The Falconeer: Warrior Edition won’t be out for another couple of months, but some footage has already emerged. Check out a half hour of gameplay below.

Nintendo Switch

Nintendo has now fully addressed the issues surrounding Switch’s latest firmware update, version 12.0.3. All system owners can access the upgrade once again.

Version 12.0.3 went live a couple of days ago. However, Nintendo temporarily pulled the update after detecting a couple of issues.

If you previously downloaded this week’s update, no further action is required. Those that have been experiencing issues with new microSDXC cards over the past couple of days simply need to connect to the internet and install version 12.0.3.
