Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl are coming to Switch, but those weren’t the only new entries in the series announced during today’s Pokemon Presents presentation. Also on the way is Pokemon Legends Arceus.

Pokemon Legends Arceus, made by Game Freak, is described as a “new approach” to the series. It’s intended to break new ground with a more open world, action RPG setup.

During today’s Pokemon Presents presentation, the latest round of Pokemon games were announced for Switch. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl are both on the way.

Ilca is behind development, and is directed by Junichi Masuda and Yuichi Ueda. They’re described as faithful remakes of the DS titles with a top-down, chibi-esque look.

Stonefly

MWM Interactive and Flight School Studio – the team behind Creature in the Well – today announced Stonefly, an action adventure game that “takes players on a captivating mech adventure through an enchanting forest, unraveling a heartwarming story of self-discovery and belonging.” It’s slated for release on Switch and other formats this summer.

Top Hat Studios is bringing Into A Dream to Switch next week, the publisher has announced. The puzzle-adventure game is planned for March 4.

Spooky Chase

The 2D platformer Spooky Chase is out now on Switch. For a look at some footage, check out the video below.

Yesterday, the arena fighter Mighty Fight Federation came to Switch in Europe. View some footage in the video below.

Mighty Fight Federation is out now for Switch on the European Switch eShop. The North American launch will follow soon.

Pokemon announcements are expected later today as part of a new Pokemon Presents presentation. However, it seems that news about upcoming Switch projects have leaked early.

The news first came about from PracticalBrush12, who has an incredibly reliable track record. This person actually leaked almost everything from last week’s Nintendo Direct before it aired. Images and a video also back up this person’s claim.
