Kunihiko Tanaka designed a Blade in Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Square Enix’s Tetsuya Nomura isn’t the only guest designer in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Kunihiko Tanaka also participated in the creation of a character. Specifically, he designed Finch, one of the game’s Blades.
Tanaka worked on the Xenosaga and Xenogears titles way back in the game. He was involved with Xenoblade Chronicles X as a character designer as well.

Ninja Shodown will be on Switch “soon”

Rising Star Games and 88 Heroes developer Bitmap Bureau announced Ninja Shodown for Switch earlier this year. The game isn’t too far off, with Rising Star stating today that a release is coming soon.

New Pokemon episode has a couple of homages to the original games

The latest Pokemon episode was a landmark of sorts. After many years, Brock and Misty were brought back and were featured prominently. While that in itself was great news, the show also had a treat for longtime Pokemon players.
Fans noticed a pair of homages in the episode that are tributes to the original Pokemon games. Brock and Misty both had their poses from the titles on Game Boy, as pictured in this post.

Atelier Lydie & Suelle details – Firis, Ilmeria, Lydie and Suelle’s father, “Ambition Notebook”

Famitsu has new coverage of Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings this week. The magazine
Firis Mistlud and Ilmeria Von Leinweber from Atelier Firis will both be appearing in Atelier Lydie & Suelle. Firis uses a bow as her weapon of choice. Ilmeria, meanwhile, is an alchemy master.
One new character included in Atelier Lydie & Suelle is Roger Marlen, who is voiced by Takehito Koyasu. That’s Lydie & Suelle’s father. Famitsu describes him as a no-good dad and a mad scientist with top-notch painting ability.
Finally, Suelle will be able to use the “Ambition Notebook”. This notebook will have ambitions to complete that increase your reputation. You can increase your reputation to receive a test from the kingdom. If you pass, you’ll rank up.

Sonic Forces introduces Casino Forest stage

SEGA has unveiled Casino Forest for Sonic Forces, one of the various areas players will encounter. Classic Sonic will run through ancient ruins being converted into a casino by Eggman in the level. Get a first look at Casino Forest below.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 – Inhumans trailer

Warner Bros. issued a new LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 trailer today that spotlights members of the Inhuman Royal Family, including Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal, Karnak, Gorgon, Maximus, and Lockjaw. We’re also able to see the Inhuman city of Attilan, which is one of 18 different iconic Marvel locations featured in the game. See the new trailer below.
EA wants people to look at FIFA 18 Switch as its own game, tried to make the most of the system

After just one game on Wii U during the console’s early lifespan, EA is finally back on a Nintendo platform with FIFA 18. Rather than chasing the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, the team decided to do its own thing – and that’s something producer Andrei Lazaresc from EA Bucharest hopes people recognize.
