Nintendo of America has confirmed that the just-announced demo for The Wonderful 101 will be brought to the US eShop, though its release date is TBA. Europe received the download just a few minutes ago.

A demo for The Wonderful 101 was announced during today’s European Wonderful 101 Direct, but no mention was made in the North American counterpart presentation. NOA’s confirmation likely means that the company is waiting to launch the demo closer to the game’s US launch.

The Wonderful 101 demo is now live in Europe. Just how big is it? You’ll need 1,537 MB available in order to download the demo. For reference, the full game is over 10GB.

As was mentioned during today’s European Wonderful 101 Direct (absent from the North American version), Wii U owners will be able to grab a demo for the game starting today. If I’m remembering correctly, this will be the first Wii U demo for a Nintendo-published game.

The demo actually has not been confirmed for North America as of yet. It should be up in Europe within the next 40 minutes.
