Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News | 35 Comments
We haven’t heard much about the Sonic movie as of late. However, Hollywood Reporter has a new scoop about the project. The site says that Paramount will be producing the film after Sony Entertainment put it into turnaround.
Most of the staff working on the Sonic movie while it was still at Sony are still in board. This includes producer Neal H. Moritz, executive producer Tim Miller (the director of Deadpool), and director Jeff Fowler. Toby Ascher will also be executive producing while Dmitri Johnson and Dan Jevons will serve as co-producers.
As for the original goal of the movie, it remains a mix of live action and CGI. No further details have been announced.
