Over a decade ago, there was talk about GoldenEye 007 possibility coming to the Virtual Console on Wii and Xbox Live Arcade for the Xbox Live Arcade. That news is now being talked about again over a decade later following a major leak. Recently, a build popped up online of Rare’s GoldenEye 007 remake for the Xbox 360, showing that the project was almost complete.

Why was the game never released despite development almost being completed? It turns out that Nintendo – who published the N64 original – blocked it in the end.

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has revealed that Dragon Star Varnir will be arriving on Switch in Japan this Spring. Originally a Japanese PS4 release in 2018, the game made its way West the following year and subsequently hit Steam as a worldwide release not long after. A ton of different products are included here – we’re talking games, movies, books, and more. Games are obviously what we’re most interested in. The list is still populating, but Switch titles like Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, The Outer Worlds, Team Sonic Racing, and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated are included.

Limited Run Games has revealed its second Switch physical release of the day following To the Moon. Knights and Bikes, which first came to the system a year ago, will now be offered in boxed form.

The physical version of Knights and Bikes can be pre-ordered on February 12 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET. On the same day, fans can reserve The Art of Knights and Bikes separately.

Limited Run Games will be taking pre-orders later this week on its website.
