Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition

Last month, a listing for Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition was spotted on EB Games Canada. There’s now additional proof about the port happening thanks to a listing from Koch Media.

THQ Nordic acquired Koch Media last February. On Koch’s distribution website, a listing for Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition has appeared on Switch with an August 6 release date. The distribution page further lends credence to the idea of a physical release, which would make sense given that the original Darksiders was also sold for Switch at retail.

We imagine that THQ Nordic will have something official to say about Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition in the near future.

Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is seeing a delay. The game was originally planned for June 25 on Switch, but will now release on July 30.

In addition to the delay, publisher Funcom and developer The Bearded Ladies have revealed a Seed of Evil expansion. It will include hurs of additional gameplay, new locations to visit, and a brand new playable character, Khan the Moose. Here’s some additional information plus a trailer:

Big Ant Studios is preparing for the May 28 launch of Cricket 19: The Official Game of the Ashes with a closer look at the game with Australian actor, presenter, and streamer Stephen “Bajo” O’Donnell for a closer look at the game. The first video, posted below, highlights what players can look forward to.

If you have a Japanese eShop account, you can now download a demo for Yumeutsutsu Re:Master. The girls-love visual novel about a fledgling game company will be released in Japan on June 13. A Western release had previously been confirmed for Spring, but that was before the Japanese release date was moved to June 13.

Back in January, Splatoon 2’s Off the Hook held a concert at Tokaigi Game Party in Tokyo. Don’t fret if you couldn’t attend – that concert will soon be getting a CD & Blu-ray release. Called Splatoon 2 Live in Makuhari -Off The Hook Live-, it’ll be released in Japan on July 24. The CD will contain all songs from that concert, as well as these six bonus songs (not from Off the Hook):
