When Nintendo puts out Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch before the end of the month, it will be accompanied by a new guide. Like the original book for Wii U, it’s being handled by Prima.

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe guide promises full coverage of all tracks, including the locations of every coin, item block, and shortcut. You’ll also be given lessons in “the best tactics for item use, gliders, underwater racing, motorbikes, and more.” Prima’s book is also updated with “tips and strategies” for the new Battle Mode and all DLC.

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe guide is available on Amazon here. A free code will be included to access the eGuide.

Thanks to Wagner C for the tip.

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap isn’t the only Switch game to have gone gold this week. Capcom’s Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers has also finished development, series executive producer Yoshinori Ono confirmed.

On Twitter, Ono wrote:

Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers launches worldwide on May 26. Nintendo will be handling distribution in Europe.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an extremely open game. You can approach the world through many different means, and access areas with original approaches. One section of the map, however, does require you to enter in a specific way your first time through (and again in the future unless you warp there specifically). If you’ve played the game, chances are you know which place we’re referring to.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild has amazed us once again, as Twitter user Swiffy22 managed to come up with an ingenious way of bypassing the natural entrance. A weapon, tree log, Stasis, and the paraglider were the only things used here. Just to be extra safe with spoilers, we’ve posted the video after the break.

A new Pokemon is being officially revealed for Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon today. A first look was given at Marshadow, a Mythical Pokemon.

More details will be shared later about obtaining Marshadow. View a brief video showing it in action below.
