The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

Switch is home to a number of prolific developers, including Saber Interactive. The studio did what many originally thought would be impossible by porting The Witcher 3 to Switch. A couple of other high-profile projects from Saber, Crysis Remastered and World War Z, are also in the works.

In an interview with Wccftech, company CEO Matthew Karch was asked if Switch’s hardware still has any juice left in it. Karch certainly thinks it does, and even teased that “fans will be surprised at some of the upcoming titles”.

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition

Tying in with its release, Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition was updated to version 1.1.1. That also includes a separate patch, version 1.1.0.

Below are the patch notes for both updates:

Re:Zero – The Prophecy of The Throne is a tactical adventure game that will feature a new storyline supervised by the Japanese light novel series author Tappei Nagatsuki. Original light novel artist Shinichiro Otsuka is also designing characters.

Shadowverse: Champion's Battle boxart

Cygames has dated its card battling RPG Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle for Switch. The game, which is based on the Shadowverse TV anime and contains special summoning scenes, game-original cards, and support for two-player local battles, will launch in Japan on November 5.

Cygames has also sent along a bunch of details and a trailer. We have that below, courtesy of Gematsu.

Fans spotted numerous third-party listings for Switch on Amazon France earlier today. No specific titles were mentioned, but we do know that they come from Warner Bros., Bethesda, Square-Enix, Ubisoft, Capcom, and Take-Two. Some companies had multiple listings while others were limited to just one.

Following up on that news, it seems that Nintendo itself has its own set of listings. You can access those pages here, here, here, and here.

It’s unclear what these listings could be at present. They all have placeholder images associated with them, so ignore the Ring Fit Adventure and amiibo boxarts. The tentative December 31 release dates also don’t give us much to go on. With any luck, Nintendo will be treating us with some announcements in the weeks and months to come.

EDIT: A new placeholder has popped up on Amazon France for a Switch game published by Koch Media and you can find that game placeholder here .
