Publisher Team17, along with developer Pathea Games, today announced that the sandbox simulation RPG My Time at Portia will be releasing for Switch on April 16. Pre-orders are available starting today.

Idea Factory bringing three otome visual novels to Switch this Summer in Japan

Otome visual novels are a thriving genre on Nintendo Switch, and Idea Factory is bringing three more titles from the genre to the system. The three games are part of Idea Factory’s “Triangle Project” – originally released on PC, they are now coming to Switch in Japan: Tlicolity Eyes: Twinkle Snowtime will be released on July 18. Katakoi Contrast: Collection of Branch will be released on August 22. Finally, Jakou no Lyla: Trap of Musk will be available on September 19.

Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz releases in Asia on May 23, will include English language option

It has been confirmed that Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz will launch both physically and digitally in Asia on May 23rd.
In addition, it has been noted that the title will feature language options of English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. At this tie, it is unclear if a previous mentioning of English localization for the game was referring to this release or a potential Western launch.

SEGA hosting new survey to help “determine the next steps” for its various IPs, fans can show interest in Switch ports

Remember the Atlus fan survey that popped up a little while ago? By completing it, fans could share feedback directly with the company, and even show interest in having certain IPs ported to Switch.
SEGA has now done the exact same thing for its own franchises. The new survey will help “determine the next steps for some of our most popular series, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Yakuza, Valkyria Chronicles, Phantasy Star, and more.”
