System: Switch
Release date: September 10, 2021
Developer: Intelligent Systems
Publisher: Nintendo
WarioWare games are a collection of simple “microgames” that are fast and often frantic. Debuting back in 2003 on the Game Boy Advance with WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, the series has seen many entries over the years with new characters joining the fray. In our latest entry, our cast is back again, this time on Switch with more microgame mayhem and yet another twist on gameplay. While the franchise has been known to take advantage of Nintendo’s hardware in the past, the changes here are more on the core of play. How does this new WarioWare experience fit Nintendo’s hit hybrid console?

Over on Nintendo’s website, the Triangle Strategy team has provided a bunch of additional information about how the game has been improved and changed following the previous demo feedback survey.
Square Enix asked those that tried out the demo from this year to fill out a survey to assist with development. It was ultimately downloaded around one million times, and 25,000 responses were recorded between February 22 and March 21.
The team ended up focusing on a few areas to improve Triangle Strategy in light of what it learned from the demo feedback survey: loading times, events, battle difficulty, and battle operation. Other changes have been implemented as well.

Nintendo shares Kirby and the Forgotten Land art
Posted on 3 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Images, Switch | 0 comments
Nintendo and HAL Laboratory always tend to create various pieces of art surrounding the Kirby games, and it looks like Kirby and the Forgotten Land is no different. The title, which was just unveiled yesterday, has been given its first special piece. You can see the full art for Kirby and the Forgotten Land above which has the character surrounded by some of the creatures players will encounter in the game.
The Kirby series has traditionally been a 2D series, but Kirby and the Forgotten Land is looking to change things up. Next year, the franchise will finally be entering the third dimension. Nintendo hasn’t said much about the game yet, but we know that you’ll be exploring a world with abandoned structures as remnants of a past civilization. The ability to copy enemy abilities are back, which are needed to attack and explore. We’ve seen a few abilities thus far like Sword and Ice.
Japan’s Switch Online SEGA Genesis controller has six buttons
Posted on 3 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 0 comments
We recently learned that a SEGA Genesis controller will be offered as an optional product for fans to buy as part of Nintendo Switch Online. If you’re a member, you’ll have an opportunity to buy the device, which is compatible with the classic games that will soon be added to the service.
What you may not know is that in Japan, a different version of the SEGA Genesis controller is planned with six buttons. The western version only has three. It’s true that the SEGA Genesis controller was initially limited to three buttons when it originally released, though it saw a different version with six buttons later on, and it wasn’t just limited to Japan.
