Here’s the full lineup:
Team17 and Super Awesome Hyper Dimensional Mega Team – otherwise known as Super Mega Team – have announced that they’re teaming up on The Knight Witch, a Metroidvania game. The title is slated for a 2022 release on Switch.
The Knight Witch offers a mix of fast-paced shoot ’em up combat with Metroidvania traversal and exploration alongside a magic deckbuilding system. The game’s premise is that a mysterious threat and their army of war golems have overtaken a once peaceful metropolis, and it’s up to Rayne to use her powers to fight back and save those she loves.
Director Yuji Naka filed a lawsuit against Square Enix over Balan Wonderworld, the developer revealed on Twitter today.
It turns out that Naka was removed from the project twice. Six months before the game launched, a trade order was issued to have him be pulled as director, which prompted the lawsuit. The trial has now ended, though we don’t have specifics about the verdict. However, we at least know that the trade order is no longer in effect.
Mages today issued a second trailer for The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie: Five Memories of My Time, which provides a look at the gameplay systems.
In the game, Futaro Uesugi goes on a graduation trip to Okinawa with five sisters. Based on which girl you confess your feelings to, the ending plays out differently. A total of fifteen endings are included as well as an unlockable hidden route that can be experienced after seeing the ending for each of the five sisters.
