Nintendo has published a new interview with Daemon X Machina producer Kenichiro Tsukuda. During the discussion, Tsukuda spoke about player feedback the team has received, emphasizing an improved frame rate, how the game’s visual style was determined, and more.

In a recent issue of Famitsu, a big interview was published with Splatoon 2 producer Hisashi Nogami. Nogami reflected on the game’s second year of updates and activity, the final Splatfest (including why there wasn’t a Pearl vs. Marina showdown), what lies ahead for the future, and more.

Fans have been requesting a better look at Mortal Kombat 11’s DLC, and soon Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios will be delivering on those wishes. On social media earlier today, the game’s official Twitter account confirmed that a Kombat Pack trailer will be published on August 21.

After Sonic’s look was shown off for the upcoming movie, fans expressed a very negative opinion. The backlash was so strong that the film was the delayed and the character’s design will be changed.

Jim Carrey, who plays Dr. Ivo Robotnik in the movie, has now commented on the situation. Speaking at the Television Critics Association presentation for Carrey’s Showtime series Kidding, he said:

Walmart is now taking pre-orders for the Switch Lite. All systems, including the Zacian & Zamazenta Edition, can be found here. Note that the Pokemon system has generally been selling out at other retailers.

The Switch Lite launches around the world on September 20.

The Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers offer came to an end this week – at least in North America. It’s no longer possible to purchase additional vouchers, though they can be used a year after being purchased.

Following the program’s end, Nintendo updated its official FAQ. It now includes a section about whether the offer will return, which unfortunately, isn’t in the cards as of now.
