Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule for the coming week once again. Currently, a Switch-specific session is planned as well as for Switch Parental Controls.

Right now, the maintenance schedule is as follows:

In last month’s issue of Nintendo Dream, the magazine spoke with the developer of Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr.’s Journey. The team commented on how it went about remaking the game, the new Bowser Jr.’s Journey mode, updating the music, and more.

We’ve prepared a full translation of Nintendo Dream’s interview. If interested, you can read it in full below.

Last week, the latest Nintendo Direct was held. Many announcements were made throughout the presentation, but The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for Switch was one of the biggest. The classic 1993 Game Boy title is being completely remade and will launch later this year.

After the Nintendo Direct ended, many people shared their thoughts on how Zelda: Link’s Awakening looks. The game seems to be generating a polarizing reaction. Right now the style is looking like something you either love or hate.

So what side of the fence do you sit on? Are you a fan of the new style? Or were you hoping it’d go in a different direction? Let us know in the comments below.

Funko is producing figures based on more and more franchises these days. Last year, Pokemon got in on the fun, and there even more products planned for that IP in 2019 – such as the recently-announced Bulbasaur Funko Pop.

Funko doesn’t want to stop at Pokemon when it comes to Nintendo-related figures. Speaking with Newsweek, CEO Brian Mariotti expressed interest in the Big N’s core IPs. “We still have to get those Nintendo characters,” he said. Newsweek states that the “infamous Mario Brothers are still number one on Funko”s list”.

Fire Emblem Heroes has kicked off its latest event. “Heroes with Blazing Light” is the theme, in which three Heroes with the Blazing Light skill are available as part of the five-star summoning focus. This skill damages foes in an area near their target.

Summoning Focus: Heroes with Blazing Light will be active until March 4. Players don’t have to use Orbs the first time they summon.

This month’s EDGE review scores are as follows:
