In celebration of Sonic Forces’ launch next month, SEGA has created a new Sonic the Hedgehog digital comic series based on the game. The story is from Sonic Team with a script by veteran Sonic writer Ian Flynn.

Four parts will be published in total. The first chapter, titled “Moment of Truth”, features Sonic Forces’ Custom Hero Character and the Chaotix as they prepare for battle against Dr. Eggman’s sinister robot army. You can read it here.

The next chapter in the series will be unveiled later this month.

Wired Productions and Kukouri Mobile Entertainment announced today that the twin-stick action classic Tiny Troopers Joint Ops XL is coming to Switch. The game should be out in time for the holiday season.

Here’s what yo can expect from Tiny Troopers Joint Ops XL:

The Super NES Classic Edition and the Super Famicom Mini are fairly similar in the games they offer. However, there are some differences. On the Super Famicom Mini for example, EarthBound (Mother 2) isn’t included.

Nintendo’s Kazuyoshi Nishi explained the omission in an interview with Famitsu. Nishi spoke with the site about wanting to balance out the games according between various genres and titles people loved.

Square Enix’s new Secret of Mana remake isn’t currently planned for Switch. That’s somewhat surprising given the company’s support of the console thus far. We also can’t forget that Seiken Densetsu Collection also came out in Japan earlier this year.

Redbull recently spoke with producer Masaru Oyamada, and managed to ask why the remake isn’t in the works for Switch. His answer was fairly sound, in which it was explained that development started before Switch was announced. Though Square Enix can’t immediately say that the game will be on Switch, the company would like “to continue listening to the various requests from our fans.”

The Japanese Twitter account has posted the download cards for Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon. The images reveal how big of a download the two games will be.

Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon both require 3.6GB of space. It’s not an exact amount, but that should amount to roughly 30,000 blocks.

Nic Makin worked on a number of games at Rare. Kameo: Elements of Power and Perfect Dark Zero are just a couple of projects he helped develop in the past.

Makin opened his own studio MakinGames back in 2014. He’ll soon be coming out with the 2D scrolling brawler Raging Justice, which we now know is planned for Switch.

The Switch port of Raging Justice hasn’t started just yet. He’ll first need to get access to development hardware. But regardless, bringing Raging Justice to Switch is a “priority.”
