Bandai Namco has an update on Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X, its new Japanese game for 3DS.
First, Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X will have Arcade Mode which is ported from the original Dragon Ball Heroes along with a game-original Ultimate Heroes Mode.
Arcade Mode has 36 missions, covering eight from Dragon Ball Heroes, ten character missions, eight Evil Dragon Missions, and ten God Missions.
Ultimate Heroes Mode takes place between the real world and Dragon Ball Heroes world. In the latter world, there’s an incident where past fighters are losing their sanity, and it’s even affecting the real world too. Players need to fight Dragon Ball characters, restore their sanity, and become partners. You’ll be tasked with creating the strongest party by strengthening partners to save both worlds.
Also included in the game are power-up accessories obtained from battles that can be equipped. There will be more than 240 unique characters and over 3,300 cards, the most in the series. Bandai Namco does note that there will be some differences in game contents compared to the arcade game Super Dragon Ball Heroes.

With the Switch unboxing video that emerged earlier today, we have an important reconfirmation about how the system handles eShop purchases.
Much like with Wii U and 3DS, you can link a Nintendo Account to Nintendo’s new system. On Switch, doing so will allow for all eShop purchases to be tied to that account rather than the system. If you remove that link but re-link it at another point, it’s possible to redownload software or DLC that you purchased. Nintendo does say that discontinued software may be unavailable for redownload “in some cases.”
Reggie had previously indicated that eShop purchases could be tied to a Nintendo Account on Switch. Thankfully, now we have another confirmation straight from the system.
Soon after Pokemon GO launched, players discovered a naming trick to evolve Eevee. By giving the Pokemon a specific name, you’re able to specifically obtain Jolteon, Vaporeon, or Flareon. Names are based on the original Pokemon anime’s Eevee Brothers Rainer, Pyro, and Sparky.
Now that Pokemon GO has received over 80 new Pokemon, the latest Eevee evolutions Espeon and Umbreon are in. Just like with the original trio, you can again use the naming trick. For Espeon, name your Eevee Sakura. And for Umbreon, use Tamao.
Here’s some footage from the new Pokemon GO update by the way:
We now have an idea of what the demo kiosks for the Switch will look like, at least for GameStop locations. It appears to just be intended to show off the console screen, and not actually as a playable demo. Check it out below.
Continuing the early Switch footage and pictures, we now have an unboxing video for the console from the website FloKo. Furthermore, this looks to be the world’s first unboxing of a Switch. It’s been quite a day for Switch leaks, and I’m sure it has only made the wait harder for some out there. For the rest, you can see the unboxing video for yourself below.
