Many Mario-related titles on 3DS receive a red case. With Mario Party: Star Rush, Nintendo is continuing that tradition. An updated listing on Amazon shows a red outline for the boxart, which should be reflected on the case.

After speedrunner Kosmic had properly broken the world record for clear time in Super Mario Bros., it appears that he’ll have to give up his crown to fellow speedrunner Darbian, who has managed to break the previous record by 0.316 seconds.

Darbian’s time is 4:56.878, while the previous record was 4:57.194. Quite impressive, especially when you consider that Darbian has done what was previously only thought possible by a bot. You can watch the new world record below.

LEGO Dimensions is full of characters from dozens of movies, comic books, games and TV shows to the point where I’m sure plenty of us couldn’t name even half of them. Thankfully, someone has uploaded footage from LEGO Dimensions to YouTube, which shows off a line or two from every playable character in LEGO Dimensions.

SKORB trailer

Posted 8 years ago by in Videos, Wii U eShop | 0 comments

SKORB released today on the North American Wii U eShop. We’ve attached the game’s launch trailer below.

The Wii U version of SteamWorld Heist is already out in Europe, including the physical version. As for North America, we’re still waiting on both.

We should be seeing SteamWorld Collection in the states on November 1. Nintendo’s website also lists an October 20 release date for SteamWorld Heist’s Wii U version in North America. That would be a Thursday, so it’s very plausible.

Stay tuned for official news from Image & Form.

Yesterday, Niantic gave a sneak peek at a feature on the way to Pokemon GO. An update coming soon will make it easier to catch rare Pokemon.

Niantic also has plans to improve the training gameplay, as the company revealed in a blog update today. Here’s what players can look forward to:

“As we continue to make improvements to Pokémon GO, we have made an enhancement to the Gym experience for Trainers of all levels. In an upcoming version of Pokémon GO, when training at a friendly Gym, Trainers will be able to bring six Pokémon to battle instead of one. In addition, the CP of the Pokémon you are training against may be temporarily adjusted lower during your training session to generally match your Pokémon’s battle capabilities.

No matter what your level, you can now have an impact on your team’s Gym. Walk with your Buddy Pokémon to that nearby landmark and show your Team Leader that you can battle with the best!”

Niantic hasn’t said when this will be going live, but it shouldn’t be too far in the future. We’ll let you know when we hear anything.
