Yesterday, Nintendo held a special event for kids at the San Francisco Public Library to teach kids about the basics of video game design. Special workshops were hosted by Nintendo game experts in which they were introduced to level design using Super Mario Maker.

According to the company, “Kids were split into groups and given hands-on time with the game and shown the ins and outs of video game level design”. They were also “encouraged to work together to design their own courses in the game, producing some remarkably creative results.”

Super Mario Maker players can play through one of the created levels by entering the following code in the game’s Course World: E02B-0000-020F-B9DA. It can also be found by visiting the Super Mario Maker Bookmark site.

My Nintendo has a variety of ways to earn Platinum Points – playing Miitomo especially can earn you some points pretty quickly. Still, there’s a way to get 10 Platinum Points on the website itself – scroll down to the bottom of the site and click on the block in the bottom right corner. Then just keep clicking on your Mii to earn 10 Platinum Points! It’s pretty much just a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things, but it’s a cute little easter egg nonetheless.

Credit goes to NeoGAF user Gaspard for finding this out.

The Pokemon GO beta test has recently started in Japan and as such, a select group of people is currently testing the game. However, while the app doesn’t work if you’re outside Japan and not part of the beta, someone was able to rip some of the game’s music and upload it to Youtube. Give the following playlist a listen – it includes remixes of some very familiar Pokemon themes.

Update: The fine folks over at Court-Records have discovered something interesting; Capcom published more pictures of the LE contents, including a poster set. One of the posters depicts pixel art of the characters found in the game, and among them is a character from a previous Ace Attorney game: Ema Skye. Now, this isn’t a 100% official confirmation that she will be in the game, but it does seem quite likely that the scientific investigator will be in Ace Attorney 6.

Capcom has revealed the first images of the special edition of Ace Attorney 6, as well as a Limited Goods Set, which comprises of the physical merchandise from the special edition (but not the game itself).
