IGN has posted another Star Fox Zero video that gives us a look at co-op multiplayer. Check out the footage below.

Yesterday, Lovely Planet arrived on the Wii U eShop. Some footage of the download has now come in – see the video below.

Varia Games’ ReVeN was originally funded on Kickstarter back in 2014. It’s been a long road since then, but the game still isn’t anywhere close to release.

Developer Austin Morgan provided an update on the project’s Kickstarter page this week. In it, he explains that ReVeN won’t be ready until sometime in 2017. This is in part because of time spent making the side-game XBridge (which was last thought to be coming to Wii U in Q1 2015).

The full Kickstarter update reads:

There isn’t much I can say that may reduce the flak we’ll receive at this point, or hateful comments. However I (Austin Morgan) feel it’s necessary to fess up to at least one thing here, and also explain where I’m coming from so you’ll all understand where we are and where we are headed.

The ReVeN Project is pending an undefined release date within 2017. I take full responsibility for starting the side project XBridge and dragging John into it which cost us a lot of time and energy, though it was certainly worth it to us for the skills gained (I can’t emphasize this part enough) and the economic potential of it’s full version release on steam. There are those who absolutely love XBridge and we have a certain fan base that emerged just from that game alone.

Polygon has put up the latest video in its “Devs Make Mario” series. In today’s feature, Mega Man producer Keiji Inafune creates a level in the game. View it below.

This week’s issue of Famitsu has a sizable update on Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages. The magazine offers four pages of coverage with new details about the game.

One of the more notable aspects of Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages is that Nintendo costumes will be featured. Players can dress up as the likes of Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. Interestingly, these will take on more than just appearance changes, as they’ll have some effects as well. Mario’s costume raises movement speed while Peach’s costume makes it easier to raise friendships.

Game & Watch Gallery 4 is slated for North America as this week’s Wii U Virtual Console title. It’ll be available starting tomorrow.

Here’s a brief overview:

Enjoy favorite classic games, both in their original and enhanced formats. Classic mode will take you back in time to when games were much simpler. Modern mode will bring improved play control, color, and sound effects. Earn stars to unlock new features and even more games!

Game & Watch Gallery 4 will be sold for $6.99.
