At this point it was practically a sure thing, but the North American Bayonetta 2 site – which is now fully open by the way – officially confirms that Bayonetta 1 will come on a separate disc. You can find the disc art for both games above.

Like we mentioned last week, Bayonetta’s distribution on the eShop will be a bit different. You’ll first need to purchase Bayonetta 2 for $50, and then the original game for $10.

An interactive map and off-TV play are two prominent features that the Wii U version of Watch Dogs contains. Ubisoft Bucharest experimented with other ideas, though “some of them just didn’t work.” The interactive map was ultimately chosen as the best option.

Ubisoft Bucharest producer Florin Sanda told NintendoWorldReport, “Our focus was in re-creating the same experience as on the other platforms, while taking advantage of what the Wii U has to offer.” The interactive map will come in handy as “exploration is key” in Watch Dogs.

In the past, 3DS users had two main options available if they were interested in obtaining software from the eShop. Content could be downloaded straight from the digital store, or users could opt to have items download while their system was in sleep mode.

A third option is also now available, which was likely added with last week’s 3DS firmware update. It’s possible to download content directly on the Home Menu – without putting your system in Sleep Mode.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose the “Download Later” option on the eShop
2. Hover over the new present icon on the Home Menu and click “View Details”
3. Hit the “Y” button

And that’s it! If you want to continue the download in Sleep Mode, just press the “B” button on the 3DS.
