Natsume is continuing its series of developer diaries for Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, and has revealed new details.
First, producer Taka Maekawa discusses how caring for and raising animals will work:
“While we were first developing Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley, we called it by a code name: Back to Basics. We’ve applied this philosophy to many aspects of the game, including the animals available on the farm. We went back to the basics: cows, sheep, chickens, and, of course, horses.”

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is getting a patch in Japan next week. According to a tweet from producer Kenichiro Takaki, the team is addressing bugs and the game’s balance. Version 1.1 should be out this month if everything goes well.
Thanks to a rumor started via twitter, Nintendo might be getting ready to release a Remastered Classic. According to this twitter user,
“It’s perfect to fill gaps in the line-up,” and “You’re gonna love it, but it’s a Remaster,” . This is apparently a source that has been correct in his predictions of other Nintendo titles in the past, NeoGAF credits him on predictions about Devil’s Third for Wii U as well as Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Saphire.

Mobot Studios has now confirmed they have submitted their recreated platformer to Nintendo and are awating for approval. Promising that it will be released “very soon”.
Also promising “full 1080p HD graphics, with new dynamic lighting, real-time shadows, and extra polish”.
