Nintendo has provided a first look at some sort of GameCube controller adapter for Wii U in its “Super Smash Bros. Invitational @ E3 2014” video.
The company said in a follow-up tweet that the new Super Smash Bros. will be playable with all GameCube controllers:

Nintendo has not yet specified when the adapter will be available, and how it will be distributed. More information soon hopefully!
Pushmo World will take up 500MB on the Wii U – or 499MB, to be exact! For those wondering, the original Pushmo on 3DS is about 18MB. Crashmo is roughly 21MB.
Bandai Namco recently confirmed that One Piece: Unlimited World Red will be receiving the “Day 1” Edition content on Wii U in North America. Some believed this was a sign that a small retail release would be planned as well.
That’s not actually the case though. Bandai Namco’s J. Kartje said on Twitter recently that Unlimited World Red will still be digital-only on Wii U in the states, but players will still be able to access the “Day 1” bonuses at launch.
He said:
@IMissBionix Where is the confusion? It is Wii U digital only, but the day one bonuses will be available at launch.

Thanks to Jake for the tip.
Took all of your feedback to heart and will be looking to improve this idea in the near-term. For one thing, background music is coming! I’ll also try to be louder – my mic was being particularly troublesome tonight.
In any case, on with the video:
