Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning Fatesworn

A new Fatesworn expansion is in development for Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning and will reach Switch in 2022, THQ Nordic has announced.

The game originally released in 2012. Over the past year or so, THQ Nordic has been bringing an updated version to various platforms, including Switch. Fatesworn will be appearing on most platforms later this month, though the Switch version won’t be ready to go until 2022.

As for what Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning – Fatesworn includes, we have the following overview:

Ghostrunner Project_Hel

Publishers 505 Games as well as developers and partners One More Level, All In! Games, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks today announced Project_Hel for Ghostrunner, which will be an expansion for the first-person cyberpunk action game.

Project_Hel lets you play as Hel, one of the original bosses as she descends Dharma Tower on a bloody quest of her own. The announcement notes that “she’s more combat-oriented and can survive an additional attack compared to the Ghostrunner.” The DLC comes with six levels and a new ability progression system, new enemies and bosses to fight, and six new music tracks from electronic musician Daniel Deluxe.

Here’s a teaser trailer for the upcoming expansion:

dead cells Queen & The Sea DLC

Motion Twin and Evil Empire today unveiled the next piece of DLC for Dead Cells, titled The Queen & The Sea.

The upcoming content promises an ending to the route that the two previous DLCs started with The Bad Seed and Fatal Falls. It’s been teased that The Queen & The Sea “will offer the most generous content update yet” for the game. Players can look forward to a pair of new biomes, and “one won’t be the standard-issue Dead Cells level that you’re used to.” Those that make it through the challenge and defeat the Queen (an alternative final boss) will be able to check out a new ending.

Pac-Man 99 Wagan Land

More DLC has made its way to Pac-Man 99, with Bandai Namco now offering a theme based on Wagan Land.

Wagan Land originally released in 1989 on the Famicom, though it did appear on the Game Gear later on as well. It’s a platformer starring Wagan, who can stun enemies using sound waves. The game did not see a proper English release outside of Japan back in the day.

According to the latest issue of Weekly Jump, Present Mic is joining My Hero One’s Justice 2 as the game’s newest DLC character. Unfortunately, the magazine doesn’t provide any actual information beyond that. It’s also unclear when the DLC will be available.

Bandai Namco has been pumping out DLC on a regular basis for My Hero One’s Justice 2. The first season pass featured Hawks, Mei Hatsume, Itsuka Kendo, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and Gentle & La Brava. Hitoshi Shinso then kicked off the second season pass, which will be comprised of another five characters. With Present Mic now having been revealed for My Hero One’s Justice 2, we should be seeing three more characters to follow.

Yacht Club Games has set a final release date for Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon and also confirmed DLC plans for the game.

On Switch and other platforms, it’ll be out on December 13. This follows three years of development and Yacht Club calls it a “passion project”.
