No Man’s Sky has received a final release date on Switch, with Hello Games revealing that the port will be ready to go on October 7, 2022.
For those that haven’t been keeping up with the title, No Man’s Sky is a science fiction exploration experience that takes place in a procedurally generated universe. It has an almost infinite number of never-before-seen planets and star systems to explore, each one teeming with life to be discovered. The game features exploration, crafting, building, trading, and fighting.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival release date set for September, new trailer

Bandai Namco has determined a final release date for Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival. The game will be available on September 23, 2022 forSwitch.
Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival was revealed during a Nintendo Direct back in February. Bandai Namco previously committed to a general 2022 release window.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 to support the Shulk amiibo

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will have a bit of amiibo support, Nintendo and Monolith Soft have revealed.
In the game, players can scan the Shulk amiibo. Doing so will change the character’s sword to the Monado.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass announced

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will have an Expansion Pass, Nintendo and Monolith Soft revealed in today’s dedicated Nintendo Direct for the RPG.
New content is planned for release across four waves, ending with the final drop by the end of 2023. Players can look forward to helpful items, new outfits and color variants, challenge battles, new quests, new Hero characters, and even a new story scenario.

The Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Nintendo Direct is almost here, and fans can tune in to the live stream we’ve attached to this post.
It’s been quite some time since the last game-dedicated Nintendo Direct, but that’s what we’re getting today. Nintendo is expected to host the broadcast at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 pm in Europe. We’re in for a 20-minute presentation.

Tony Hawk says Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 almost happened, ended after Vicarious Visions merged with Blizzard

Following the launch of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, many hoped that 3 and 4 would receive the same treatment. It turns out this was once the plan, but things didn’t work out in the end.
Tony Hawk actually revealed this information himself during a live stream with Twitch user andyTHPS. Hawk said that 3 and 4 were next in line for the remaster treatment, but the situation changed once Vicarious Visions became a part of Blizzard. When the two sides merged, Activision apparently looked for a different developer to take it on, but ultimately didn’t trust anyone else to take on the job.
