Last week, The Banner Saga Trilogy was announced for Switch. All three entries will be bundled together in a single package, including the upcoming Banner Saga 3.
Unfortunately, it’s starting to look like all titles won’t be offered on the same cartridge. The boxart has been posted on Amazon, revealing that an internet download is required. Often in these situations, it means that one (or more) of the games will be a digital download. We’ll let you know if and when we receive clarification.
The Banner Saga Trilogy launches this summer. Amazon has pre-orders here.

[Review] Pato Box
Posted on 6 years ago by Dennis Gagliardotto(@LyonHart_) in Reviews, Switch eShop | 0 comments
System: Switch (eShop)
Release date: July 9, 2018
Developer: Bromio
Publisher: Bromio
Pato Box is one of the weirdest games I’ve played in recent memory. On the surface, it almost looks like it has some sort of fusion between Punch Out!! and Sin City sprinkled with Hotline Miami, but once the game begins and gameplay actually starts, you begin to notice a shift in tone, progression, and even genre going from section to section. It’s a unique experience that may not be for everyone, but should be commended for blending tons of styles and creating something as goofy as it is intriguing.
Nintendo reveals Sushi Striker’s drastically different origins and original concepts
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News, Switch | 0 comments
Just prior to the launch of Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido, Japanese magazine Famitsu spoke with a couple of the game’s developers. Producer Hitoshi Yamagami and director Kaori Ando were both brought in for the discussion. Yamagami previously worked on the likes of Dr. Mario, Panel de Pon (referenced in the interview), and Fire Emblem while Ando has been involved with Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE (also brought up in the interview).
The talk was very interesting, as we’re able to learn how Nintendo came up with the concept for Sushi Striker and how the project turned out the way it did in the end. The original plan was for something quite different, and various genres were considered.
Nintendo says Switch has a broad demographic, Kirby Star Allies and Splatoon 2 appealing to younger players

During an interview last month, GameDaily spoke with Nintendo of America head of sales and marketing Doug Bowser. A number of topics were discussed, including Switch’s audience.
According to Bowser, the system has a “broad” demographic. While games like Zelda: Breath of the Wild and mature titles “skew a bit older,” Nintendo has also seen titles including Kirby Star Allies and Splatoon 2 appealing to a younger segment. A wide array of players are also experiencing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

[Let’s Talk] Pikachu or Eevee?
Posted on 6 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Let's Talk, Switch | 0 comments
With every major Pokemon game, there is usually a decision involved. Nintendo often publishes two versions which fans often choose between. That doesn’t go for everyone as some folks will pick up both, but players generally settle for one version.
Pokemon: Let’s Go is this year’s entry, and it’s significant since it’ll be appearing on Switch. But which version will you be going for: Pikachu or Eevee? Perhaps you’re in that small group interested in both versions? Or maybe you’re buying neither! Let us know in the comments below.
