The Irregular Corporation has announced that the adventure game TOHU, developed by Fireart Games, is coming to the Switch. This game features a storybook art style and side-scrolling puzzle adventure that will have players switching through two characters to progress.

The most recent release data is that the game is dropping sometime in 2020, but there will most likely be more info on that later. A story description is available below with a 7 minute gameplay trailer, courtesy of Gematsu.

Focus Home Interactive has given Othercide another launch trailer, this one specifically for the Switch version of the game. This 40 second video gives a glimpse of the cinematics, gameplay, and reviews for the game, to celebrate its release on Switch today.

The noir puzzle-platformer Naught is receiving an extended edition that is coming to Switch. With this version of the game there will be new levels (around 30 added to the original 40 in the base game) and also a physical release.

The physical release for Naught will include a digital artbook and all seventy levels of the game’s extended edition. No release date has been provided at this time, but there will be more news to come later.

miHoYo has published a new trailer for Genshin Impact, this one entitled “The Boy and the Whirlwind.” In this minute and a half teaser, featuring beautiful painted art, a glimpse of the story is provided, showing a boy with a lyre who stands up in revolution against a tyrant leader.

Genshin Impact is planned for a worldwide release on September 28, 2020 for PS4, PC, and mobile with the Switch version coming later.

Nintendo has dropped an overview trailer for Super Mario 3D All-Stars, showing more footage for each of the three games included. The roughly 2 and a half minute trailer gives a quick summary about each game (while showing footage) and also mentions what will be included in the soundtrack.

Jack Jeanne

Broccoli has released a new trailer for their upcoming rhythm-opera, investigation game Jack Jeanne. This almost 2 minute trailer shows off some of the characters and settings as well as some gameplay. It also gives a brief introduction to the story, although entirely in Japanese.

Jack Jeanne is scheduled to release on Switch in Japan on December 3.

Dragalia Lost has dropped its newest event, The Sands of Revelation, which features the new adventurer Incognito Nefaria at its forefront. This limited-time event will have players defending their gates from waves of attacking enemies with special rewards for succeeding. The Sands of Revelation will run until 10:59pm PT, September 20, 2020. 

Also coming soon to Dragalia Lost is a Gala Dragalia Remix. This event is the same as a regular Gala Dragalia, only featured  5★ characters will have an initial appearance rate of 6%, instead of 4% when summoning. The adventurers included in this event are Incognito Nefaria, Elisanne, and Horus. The Gala Dragalia Remix will go live at 11:00pm PT, September 11, 2020 and will last until 10:59pm PT, September 14, 2020.

Koei Tecmo’s full channel presentation slated for TGS 2020 has been revealed in a graphic on their official website. There are quite a few Switch games on this list, including Angelique Luminarise and Monster Rancher 1 & 2.

The full list is included below, courtesy of Gematsu, and the graphic on their website (with a rough translation) has also been added as well. Koei Tecmo’s presentation at TGS 2020 is planned to run from September 23 to 27 with the Koei Tecmo Channel taking place on September 26.

Update: The following information comes from a press release on 4Gamer, translated by 黒凧 BlackKite (@bk2128) on Twitter. The mystery game in Koei Tecmo’s lineup appears to be from the Midas brand, who are known for their mobile games.

So, it means it is a good chance that the mystery announcement will be a mobile game. 

A Platinum Showcase and a Summon Showcase, both featuring Shadow-focused adventurers, have gone live in Dragalia Lost. The shadow-attuned adventurers included in the Platinum Showcase are Nevin and Grace, and the adventurers in the Summon Showcase are Nevin, Grace, and Ramiel.

Both of these events will run until September 11, 2020 at 10:59pm PT.

Pokemon Masters has received a new update (version 2.0.5) which seems to bring minor bug fixes and a small amount of content in-game. The official patch notes do not get more specific than that, but there should be more information provided in-game about any new content.
