Mr. Driller DrillLand confirmed for physical release in Japan, pre-orders open

Bandai Namco is bringing Mr. Driller back in about a month. Mr. Driller DrillLand, a GameCube title that never left Japan, will now be seeing a worldwide release on Switch.
At least in North America and Europe, the game appears to be digital-only. In Japan, however, the situation is different. It’s confirmed to be receiving a physical version in the region.

The Outer Worlds will make use of optional gyro controls, Obsidian has confirmed to Nintendo Everything.
Production director Eric DeMilt told us that much time was spent on “tuning controls to help with playability on the Switch.” The team “tuned sensitivity, exposed some inputs to users in the settings menu, tweaked and iterated aim assist values and added support for gyro aiming, and sticky targeting.”
Touhou Project dungeon-crawling RPG Labyrinth of Touhou 2 coming to Switch this summer

Labyrinth of Touhou 2 is making the jump to Switch, Phoenixx, Cubetype, and Nise-Eikoku Shinshidan announced today. A release is planned for this summer in Japan.

Amazon has updated its product listing for Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee, revealing the game’s boxart. We have a look at the packaging image above.
Pre-order Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee on Amazon here. The physical edition is due out later in 2020. As for the digital release, that’s out now on the eShop.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons – bugs and fish leaving at the end of May

May is almost over, which means that the bugs and fish for the month will soon be swapped out in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Players have just a couple of days remaining until they’re swapped out.
Thanks to Polygon, we have a pair of charts showing which bugs and fish are leaving at the end of May. There are two versions since things will differ depending on whether you’re in the northern or southern hemisphere.

Bound Hero Battle Revival: Alm & Faye is up and running in Fire Emblem Heroes. The Shadows of Valentia characters are waiting in Special Maps. By taking on Hard through Infernal modes, you can earn Orbs.
Fire Emblem Heroes will be hosting Bound Hero Battle Revival: Alm & Faye until June 6.

Mother Russia Bleeds getting a physical release

Mother Russia Bleeds has been on the Switch eShop since November 2018. Now, however, a physical version will be happening.
Limited Run Games will be opening pre-orders on June 23 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET. It also looks like Special Reserve Games will be distributing copies as well. The game itself is the same, though you’ll be getting different boxart depending on who you go with. Special Reserve Games will be including unspecified collectibles.
