Nintendo maintenance schedule – March 8, 2020

As is the weekly tradition, we have a look at Nintendo’s upcoming maintenance. Sessions that were previously announced for last week will now be taking place on March 9 / March 10.

Summoning Focus: Weekly Revival 20 is up and running as the latest event in Fire Emblem Heroes. 5-star Heroes who showed up before the start of Book II appear as focus Heroes in this week’s summoning focus revival.
You’ll be able to partake in Summoning Focus: Weekly Revival 20 until March 15.

Series creator on why Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is 3D instead of 2D

Samurai Jack is finally getting a new video game, as it was announced that Battle Through Time is coming to multiple platforms, including Switch. At PAX East 2020, series creator Genndy Tartakovsky and head writer Darrick Bachman were on hand to talk about the new project.
During the fan Q&A, the two were asked why the direction was ultimately decided to be 3D rather than 2D. Tartakovsky started off by stating the following:
