IGN has a new look at New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe with 15 minutes of direct-feed footage showing off Toadette. Check out the gameplay below.

Earlier this year, we got a look at many scrapped Pokemon designs after a 1997 Pokemon Gold demo leaked online. Several months later, we have even more designs that were never used.

Japanese TV channel NHK recently aired a program that showed off a number of Pokemon, including ones that have never appeared in-game. We can see the likes of Lapras and Blastoise, a very-different Scyther, and even the original concept for Gengar and Rhyhorn that fight in the opening credits of Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow.

Lightseekers

PlayFusion has announced that it is bringing its trading card game Lightseekers to Switch. A release is planned for January 10.

While Lightseekers works with digital cards, players can also scan digital ones and add them to their collection. The whole experience will be offered as a free-to-play download on Switch.

Warframe

Digital Extremes and Panic Button have readied a new update for the Switch version of Warframe. It includes motion control features and enhancements, stabilization and performance improvements, better load times for Cetus, and more.
