After previously releasing on Wii U, a revamped version of SnowCastle’s RPG Earthlock lands on Switch this week. Take a look at some footage below.

Update: With this update, the Switch eShop has also been updated to show how many gold points can be earned from a digital purchase.

Original: Nintendo recently announced that it would be possible to use My Nintendo Gold Points when purchasing digital games on Switch. This is going into effect starting today, which should be as soon as maintenance ends (roughly 90 minutes from now).

The way this works is that Switch owners can get 5% back on digital purchases and 1% back on games bought physically. You’ll be able to apply Gold Points to purchases during checkout on the eShop or on Nintendo’s website. 1 Gold Point amounts to 1 cent. Another way of putting this: if you pay $59.99 for a game on the eShop, you’ll earn 300 Gold Points, which can be $3.00 towards your next purchase.

Here’s the full rundown from Nintendo:

It goes without saying, but Detective Pikachu is a very different kind of Pokemon game. Pikachu has a voice, and the character acts in a completely different way than fans are used to.

USgamer spoke with Hiroyuki Jinnai about the new game. One of the aspects discussed is how the team wanted to offer “something totally different” with this version of Pikachu.

Pokemon GO recently wrapped up a week of legendary Raid Battles. Since Rayquaza was defeated more than Kyogre and Groudon combined, Pokemon that prefer windy weather will now hatch more often from Eggs. This promotion period will last until March 16.

Raid Battles at Gyms near you will also favor appearances by Pokemon that prefer windy weather. Double XP will be in effect until March 16 as well.

Zen Pinball spoke about a performance patch for Pinball FX3 on Switch a few months ago. The plan was to get the game running at 60 frames per second during portable play, and to hopefully increase docked resolution to 1080p.

We haven’t heard about the update since then, and it sounds like Zen Studios has pulled the plug on those original plans. Community representative Gabor Hajdu passed along the following note to one fan:
