Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan getting a physical release on Switch

First Press Games is readying a physical version of Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan, the company has revealed. Fans will be able to choose between a standard edition nad collector’s edition.
With the collector’s edition, buyers will receive a premium box with item trays, a numbered gold-colored coin, two clearfiles, double-sided A2 poster, two magazine-style ad prints, Japanese cover, and manual. Only 500 units will be made.
City Wars: Tokyo Reign releasing April 26 for Switch eShop

The previously named Chrono Faction has finally received a release date for Switch, and will be coming out on April 26, developer Mojo Bones have announced. The roguelike deckbuilder was announced for Switch back in August of last year.

Buddy Mission BOND coming as next Japanese Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial

Recently, the newest Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial was announced for North America and Europe, and it was Dragon Quest Builders 2. Now Japan’s own exclusive game trial has been revealed as the detective adventure game Buddy Mission BOND.
This Game Trial will be available from April 28 to May 5, and it allows players to have full access to the game in that time frame. Additionally, the game will have a 30% discount in the Japanese eShop reducing the price from 7128 yen to 4989 yen. All that is needed to use this trial is a Japanese eShop account, and a Japanese membership for Nintendo Switch Online.

Souldiers getting a physical release on Switch

Pix’n Love Games, in collaboration with Dear Villagers, today announced that it is preparing a physical version of Souldiers for Switch. It will ship in Q2 2022.
Souldiers was confirmed for Switch last October. The game will initially release digitally on May 19, 2022.

Nintendo Switch Online leak also includes unreleased NES games

More news stemming from this week’s Nintendo Switch Online leak has come in, as information about unreleased NES titles has now surfaced.
Much has been made of emulators for Game Boy and Game Boy Color as well as the Game Boy Advance. However, it’s also been discovered that the same leak contains a different version of the NES application, which has all of the currently available titles plus ones that are not currently live. Pac-Man, Tetris, Galaga, Mega Man, and Castlevania are among them.

Star Fox character designer wants to see Star Fox Zero on Switch

Takaya Imamura, the original character designer for Star Fox, has expressed interest in wanting to see Star Fox Zero on Switch.
That news comes directly from Imamura’s Twitter account. In the same tweet, he said that he’d be willing to help out with a sequel to Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins if Nintendo ever pursued such a project.
