A very skilled Street Fighter V player has modded Zero Suit Samus into the Street Fighter V, allowing players to fight as Zero Suit Samus in-game. While technically just a very well-made skin for the character Cammy, Zero Suit Samus nonetheless looks to be a great addition to the cast of the game. Check it out in the video below.

Nintendo files for Miitopia trademark in North America
Posted on 8 years ago by Zack in 3DS, General Nintendo, News | 11 Comments
Nintendo has officially filed for a trademark for the previously Japan exclusive Miitopia game, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Previously, there was no word on a western release for the title. While filing for a trademark doesn’t guarantee a release of the title in any form, it could mean that Nintendo is considering bringing the title outside of Japan sometime in the future.
Fan modifies Amazon Echo to respond to Zelda songs played via ocarina

In an impressive display of both technical knowledge and creativity, YouTuber Allen Pan has modified an Amazon Echo to recognize and respond to songs from The Legend of Zelda played on an ocarina as opposed to just voice commands.
While this would be impressive on it’s own, Allen Pan has gone ahead and connected some frequently used devices in his house to the Amazon Echo and attached an appropriate song for each device. For example, playing the Bolero of Fire from Ocarina of time will turn on his heater; the Song of Storms will activate his humidifier and the Song of Healing from Majora’s Mask will reset all connected devices to their previous state, effectively working as an off switch for his entire house.
This impressive display of technical know-how is certainly one of the more unique and creative approaches to Zelda fandom. Check out the entire video below.

De Mambo will be on Switch first, Survival Mode introduced

De Mambo was something that we found out about for Switch before the developer actually made an announcement. That changed today, with developer The Dangerous Kitchen making things official.
Even though the Nintendo release was just announced, De Mambo will be on Switch first. Doing so provides the team with “far more exposure than other platforms”.
The Dangerous Kitchen wrote in a blog post:
Nintendo approached us at Bitsummit 4 last year and after many laborious discussions about how much money we wanted to pay them to allow us to be on the (at that time) NX, they decided to not accept our fanboyish money and instead allow us entry into the Kingdom of leave-luck-to-Heaven.
The Switch is the perfect home for De Mambo, something that Nintendo themselves saw, and so we couldn’t let this once in a lifetime opportunity slip away— who else has their first game available in the launch period of a new console!? But, there is one caveat to all this. We are focusing on the Switch version first, before the other versions.

The original Ittle Dew graced the Wii U eShop a few years ago. As we learned during the Nindies Showcase last month, the sequel is coming to Switch in the near future.
Ludosity shared a release window for the Switch eShop release on Twitter earlier today. There’s no specific date yet, but it should be available this summer. Ludosity also ruled out bringing the first Ittle Dew to Switch.
@BeargrimPlays Ittle Dew 1 is not being developed for new platforms any more. ID2 should be out this summer!

Eric Bright, senior director of merchandising for GameStop, noted in a statement:
“GameStop continues to see strong demand from customers who are looking to purchase the Nintendo Switch system. We are meeting this demand by securing additional systems as fast as we can to ensure customers are able to purchase this innovative gaming technology. The customer enthusiasm and response we have seen so far has been incredible as we continue to sell through our supply of systems. We strongly suggest any customer who is still looking to purchase a Nintendo Switch, visit one of our stores as soon as they can. This new allotment will go fast!”
