Nintendo UK is showing off some of the indie-made courses in Super Mario Maker in a new video series. Get a look at the third video below, which focuses on Sarepta Studio.

Square Enix issued the first official screenshots from Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3. You’ll find them in the gallery below.

This week’s Famitsu scans are now available. Highlighted games include Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3, Monster Hunter X, and Monster Strike. Scans of each title can be found in the gallery below.

Nintendo has sold 21 million amiibo worldwide, according to president and CEO Tatsumi Kimishima. This number indicates that around 10.6 million units were sold since March.

We also have some data specific to France. Journalist Chloé Woitier reports that over 800,000 amiibo have been sold in the territory thus far, including 70,000 cards.

Earlier today, we heard from Nintendo CEO Tatsumi Kimishima that at least one new Nintendo Direct will air before the end of this year. Another tidbit about the company’s plans for the presentations has since been made known.

During Nintendo’s financial results briefing, Kimishima mentioned that Nintendo Direct is currently being remodeled. In 2016, we’ll be seeing the new format. Specific details about what’s in store for Nintendo Direct in the future were not made announced.

Another Monster Hunter X collaboration has been confirmed. This time around, Weekly Shonen Magazine is announcing a partnership with the manga/anime Fairy Tail.

In Monster Hunter X, it’ll be possible to obtain a Palico based on the character Happy. We do have an image of the collaboration above.

Nintendo published official patch notes for Super Mario Maker version 1.2.0, which goes live next Wednesday. They are as follows:

  • Added the functionality to play Event Courses Users can unlock new Mystery Mushroom costumes when they clear certain Event Courses.
  • Users will be able to play courses created by Official Makers in Course World.
  • Added checkpoint flags.
  • Added a small Easter egg in Course Maker.
  • Added a hard mode in Gnat Attack minigame.
  • Other adjustments for a more pleasant gaming experience.

As for the file size, you’ll need about 314.5MB of storage space.
