Update: Bumped to the top with Xenoblade Chronicles X, Zelda, and more.

Gamescom 2015 has begun, and that means we’ll be seeing tons of footage of various games. I expect that most of the videos will be based on E3 builds, but we’ll still round them up on the site. All notable footage from day 1 will be posted below.

Nintendo recently created functionality on its European website that allows users to log in with their Nintendo Network ID.

One of the first steps is to link your Nintendo Network ID to your Club Nintendo account. In doing so, you’ll be awarded with 750 stars. Logging into the site with your Nintendo Network ID also means you’ll be logged into Club Nintendo (and vise versa).

You can give the new feature a try on Nintendo of Europe’s site here.

Telltale’s The Walking Dead series could have a chance of landing on Wii U. UK retailer GAME has listed “The Walking Dead Combo Pack” – a package that would include Season 1 and 2.

If GAME’s listing is accurate, The Walking Dead Combo Pack will be available on October 30. I’d take the listing with a grain of salt though – this is far from confirmed.

Good news, Splatoon players. Nintendo confirmed on its Twitter account just moments ago that the Squid Girl outfit will be released in North America (and presumably Europe).

The message is simple, though it definitely gets the point across! Many of you have been asking about this, so it’s nice to finally have confirmation.

Rock the Block is set in the US and takes place in the heart of an imagined city landscape in the game. With its origins in a number of smaller festivals that used to take place in and around Boulder City, Rock the Block is a spontaneously evolving event that encourages attendees and passers-by to be drawn into the festival experience. Rock the Block joins SoundDial, the previously announced UK-based festival, as the two fictional settings a player will visit in Guitar Hero Live. Within the two festivals fans will play a variety of stages, ranging from small club stages, to headlining massive, open air mainstages.
