Nippon Ichi Software has published the first trailer for Lapis li Abyss, the cute “stacking” RPG coming to Nintendo Switch in Japan on November 29th. The video gives a nice overview of the game’s various classes and gameplay features, including combat:

 

The World Ends with You: Final Remix is quickly closing in on its release date. To prepare for launch, Square Enix has released a final Japanese trailer. We have it below.

Japan is getting The World Ends with You: Final Remix on September 27. The western version will follow on October 12.

The art style may be minimalist, but make no mistake, Bad North will require maximum patience and planning to survive the Viking onslaught. I took a journey through its procedurally generated islands and lived to tell the tale. With permadeath looming over every mistake, the game relies replay value. Unfortunately, while I enjoyed coasting through Bad North’s combat, it didn’t leave me wanting more Viking blood on my hands.
