Motion Twin announced a release date for the digital version of Dead Cells today. The eShop version is planned for August 7.

Dead Cells will be sold for $24.99 / €24.99. A pre-order discount will knock the price down to $19.99 / €19.99.

Mojang has announced that the next phase of Minecraft’s Update Aquatic is going live today on Switch. It adds Realms on Switch, underwater zombies, sea turtles, and more.

When Yooka-Laylee was funded on Kickstarter, one of the stretch goals met involved was an old-school N64 shader mode. This wasn’t included in the 3D platformer upon its initial launch, but Playtonic will be adding it in soon.

A first look at the shader was posted on Playtonic’s website today. The “demastered” look will be offered through the “64-Bit” tonic.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition has received the third of four DLC packs. Doc’s and Melanie’s Special Episodes for Switch can be purchased for $5.99.

During a Dengeki live stream today, Gust revealed that a trio of Atelier games are coming to Switch. Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland DX, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland DX, and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland DX are dated for September 20. Pricing is set at 4,800 yen.

For those who would prefer buying the titles as a bundle, the Atelier ~Alchemists of Arland 1-2-3~ DX set will be sold for 10,800 yen digitally. There will also be a Atelier ~Alchemists of Arland 1-2-3~ DX Premium Box for 13,800 yen, which includes:

Shining Resonance Refrain arrives on Switch today, and SEGA has readied a launch trailer to celebrate. You can watch it below.

Redout was announced for Switch well over a year ago. Despite that, there’s been absolutely no news about the game since. And with Amazon starting to cancel pre-orders, fans were starting to raise concerns about the racer’s fate on Switch.

Fortunately, despite the lack of news, Redout is still planned for Switch. Developer 34BigThings confirmed that it’s still planned for the future. The studio also says it will be announcing “something amazing” about the Switch version soon, though further details were not provided.

Work x Work is seeing a slight delay. Originally planned for September 27, it will now release on October 4.
