Following last night’s maintenance, a new patch is out now for Minecraft on Switch and Wii U. Both platforms have had very fixes implemented.

Patch notes for both platforms are included below.

For Splatoon’s Japanese Splatfests, the game’s official Twitter account always released special artwork of Callie and Marie which showed what side of the Splatfest they were on. Since Splatoon 2’s first Splatfest is now upon us in the form of the Splatfest World Premiere demo, the Twitter account has released special artwork of the new hosts Pearl and Marina. Pearl supports “rock” while Marina is on the “pop” side.

Five minutes of off-screen footage has come in showing Fire Emblem Warriors’ demo at Japan Expo. Most of the gameplay consists of Lucina, but we also get a glimpse at Lissa, male Robin, and Frederick (as a boss). We’ve included the video below.

Details about these characters can be found in our previous post here.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu‘s most wanted games chart. Super Mario Odyssey enters the top five for the first time, and Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon have a big bump.

Head past the break for the full chart. All votes were cast between June 22 and June 28.

All characters in ARMS have different color options to choose from. Max Brass, who is joining the roster this coming week, will be no different.

Dragon Quest XI has a unique “Restricted Play” mode. When going through this mode, you can experience the RPG with certain features disabled.

Square Enix previously confirmed being unable to shop, being unable to run away from battle, and being unable to equip armor as the first three restrictions. The fourth was announced during the “Countdown Carnival” in Japan this past weekend.

Dragon Quest XI’s next restriction is known as “ashamed curse”. It makes you unable to speak properly to people in town, causes embarrassing things to happen in battle that make you unable to act (such as the elastic band of your underwear breaking), and has various other embarrassing elements.
