The latest update for Monster Hunter Rise is going live Friday, February 24 with version 3.9.0. It will feature data for future event quests, bug fixes and some new DLC, including two new voice packs.

Pokemon Sword and Shield hosting Max Raid Battle event with Gigantamax Kanto starters

To celebrate the upcoming Pokemon Day 2022, Pokemon Sword and Shield have announced a new Max Raid Battle event featuring Gigantamax versions of all three Kanto starter Pokemon.
This means you’ll be able to encounter and obtain Gigantamax forms of Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise. Defeating them will also yield Max Mushrooms as an additional reward.

ExZeus: The Complete Collection getting a physical release on Switch

A physical version of ExZeus: The Complete Collection is in the works, it’s been announced. Limited Run Games will be handling distribution.
ExZeus: The Complete Collection originally debuted on Switch back in September 2021. Until now, it’s been a digital-only release.

We have a new character trailer for Phantom Breaker: Omnia from Rocket Panda Games and Mages that shows off M. Sarah Anne Williams is playing the role in English while Satomi Moriya is acting as the Japanese voice.

Yes, Next Level Games is working on Mario Strikers: Battle League

As many had suspected, Next Level Games is indeed working on Mario Strikers: Battle League.
A few major Switch games were announced during the most recent Nintendo Direct this month, including Mario Strikers: Battle League. However, there’s been a little bit of curiosity as to which team is developing the project.
Super Mario Strikers came out on the GameCube 2005, and it was created by Next Level Games. The studio then returned for Mario Strikers Charged on Wii in 2007. It’s obviously been a very long time since then, but we’re now getting Mario Strikers: Battle League on Switch more than a decade later.
Omen of Sorrow announced for Switch

Today, publisher Eastasiasoft and developer AOne Game announced that the fighting game Omen of Sorrow is making the jump to Switch.
For the release on Nintendo’s console, the title will feature revised story mode content and new endings in arcade mode.
