Today, Spike Chunsoft confirmed a final release date for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness. The game will launch for Switch on September 2, 2022 in both North America and Europe.
Note that in Europe, Numbskull Games will be handling publishing.

Minecraft reveals Ice Age collaboration DLC

Minecraft has unveiled another crossover, with the game now teaming up with Ice Age movies from 20th Century Studio. Players on Switch can begin playing starting today.
The DLC is comprised of 30 new skins, including Sid, Manny, Diego, Ellie, and many others. There’s also a different-looking Overworld to explore, featuring saber-tooth tigers, prehistoric pigs, vultures, and a dark shadow lurking beneath the ice-blue waters.

American Hero getting a physical release on Switch

A physical release of American Hero is in the works, Limited Run Games has announced.
The title originally appeared on Switch last year as a digital download. The FMV game was originally planned for the Atari Jaguar CD, but never released. Ziggurat Interactive finally ended up going through with the launch after so many years.

Bandai Namco has released the latest character trailer for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, this time focusing on Jonathan Joestar. The character “is prepared to fight for what’s right with heart and hamon”.

Saint Kotar gets October release date on Switch, new trailer

Saint Kotar, an upcoming psychological horror adventure game, has received a final release date on Switch. We’ll be seeing it on October 14, 2022.
Saint Kotar was originally secured for Switch in 2020 following a successful Kickstarter campaign. SOEDESCO has since come on board to handle publishing duties.

A new update went live today for Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 2: Makai Kingdom: Reclaimed and Rebound / ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman. Both titles are now at version 1.0.1.
