Skip to the 5-minute mark to watch some people freaking out about getting a Wii U from Ellen DeGeneres…
GameStop will be initiating another round of deals between December 26 and December 29 as part of its “Winter Savings” deals. Here’s what’ll be offered later this week:
Nintendo is working on a new update for Band Brothers P, which will introduce a variety of new features. In the future, players will be able to play with friends directly online. Further interface updates are planned as well.
Shortly after last week’s Japanese Nintendo Direct, Band Brothers P owners were able to begin uploading their musical efforts to YouTube through the Suppon H?s? Channel (Suppon Broadcasting Channel). Nintendo also sent out a free eShop app that allows for Download Play.
Minecraft may be making its way to Wii U next year, if a report from Nintendo Enthusiast is to be believed.
The site claims – via a “retailer source” – that Mojang has Wii U dev kits at its disposal and is targeting a release next summer.
Not much is known about how Minecraft will play on Wii U at this time, though the team is apparently “focusing on the GamePad”.
A word of advice: take this rumor with a huge grain of salt for now.
If you happen to live by the New York City area, you may want to take advantage of new offers at the Nintendo World Store. Deals include 4 select Wii U games for $50 and a discount involving Disney Infinity.
