Earlier in the week, publisher Daedalic Entertainment and developer Mousetrap Games put JARS on Switch, and we now have gameplay. The strategic puzzle and tower defense game is live on the console now.

Pokemon Unite producer Masaaki Hoshino has spoken more about the game’s origins, including why the team wanted to make a strategic team battle game. This comes as part of an interview previously conducted by Japanese magazine Famitsu.

In his latest column for Famitsu, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai talked in-depth about the game’s latest DLC fighter, Sora from Kingdom Hearts, including how an unplanned meeting with a Disney rep kicked off the whole process. He spoke about the negotiations with Square Enix and Disney, how Sora was actually the series’ most requested playable character ever, as well as unpacking many details around the character’s design.

Publisher Curve Games and developer Runner Duck Games have shared a launch trailer for Space Crew: Legendary Edition. The original title previously went live on Switch, but the Legendary Edition is a free expansion for all players.

Metal Unit has received a bunch of new content, as publisher Neowiz and developer JellySnow Studio started distribution of an update this week on Switch.

Players can now randomly access a brand new dungeon known as “The Ruins” as they work their way through Chapter 4 of the main game. Ten powerful new equipment items have been added as well, including the Holonade, Phase Boots, and SDA-Hammer. New skins, achievements, and fixes and improvements are also included.
