SQUARE ENIX today announced that an all-new action-RPG developed by the talented Tokyo RPG Factory team, titled ONINAKI, will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch system, PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, and STEAM this summer.
Tokyo RPG Factory’s third title, ONINAKI, continues the studio’s mission to take inspiration from classic Japanese role-playing games to create a brand-new experience on modern platforms following the releases of the critically acclaimed I Am Setsuna and LOST SPHEAR.
SAN FRANCISCO — February 13, 2019 — Today, Ubisoft announced that for the first time ever, Assassin’s Creed will be available on the Nintendo Switch system. On May 21, players will be able to relive the adventures of Connor and Aveline as they fight for freedom during key moments in American history in Assassin’s Creed III Remastered that includes both Assassin’s Creed III and Assassin’s Creed® Liberation.
Taking full advantage of the capabilities of the Nintendo Switch system, the Remastered edition will feature touch screen interface, motion control aiming, optimized HUD and HD rumble. Additionally, gameplay mechanics and ergonomics have been improved for an optimal gaming experience.

We have three Final Fantasy-related release dates from today’s Nintendo Direct. Final Fantasy IX is out today, Final Fantasy VII follows on March 26, and Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon launches March 20.
The latest Nintendo Direct has dated two rumored Switch games. Unravel Two is coming on March 22. Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is slated for May 21.
