All signs were pointing to Kona releasing on Switch today. That has in fact happened in Europe, and North America should have access to the game in a few hours. We have a launch trailer below.
SEGA published another Valkyria Chronicles 4 trailer today. This one is about the Centurion, a giant snow cruiser battleship that not only has story relevance, but can actually be used in combat as well. Watch the trailer below:
All the new information revealed during the Nintendo Direct yesterday doesn’t stop the trusty old weekly weapon addition to Splatoon 2. The Neo Sploosh-o-Matic is next in line. It’s identical to the regular Sploosh-o-Matic in terms of stats, but comes with the Squid Beakon sub-weapon and the Tenta Missiles special instead. It’ll be available tomorrow around noon in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and later tonight in North America.

A new event has been made available where you will defeat golden goombas and get special in-game rewards for doing so in the World Tour mode. The event will run from March 9th to March 23rd, 2018. Another event running from March 9th to March 12th, 2018 is the All About Mario event where you will receive items related only to Mario from the Super Bonus Game of Remix 10.
The newest summoning focus, the branded king, is the previously mentioned focus that includes the two different genders of Morgan and new version of Chrom. You will be able to receive orbs up to 10 times to try and get these new characters for a log-in bonus. A new story and special map (Rival Domains) have been added, Soren has been given a unit specific weapon along with other various weapons can now be refined. The Rival Domain special map specifically is interesting as you win by taking down the enemies stronghold. There is also a list of new special quests to get lower leveled heroes on your team.
Masahiro Sakurai has confirmed that he will have some involvement in the newest Smash Bros in a tweet. The team is hard at work on the game everyday, nothing too specific though is stated.

As was announced during today’s Nintendo Direct, Detective Pikachu can be pre-loaded from the eShop. To do so, you’ll need 14,082 blocks of space. That amounts to 1.72GB.
Detective Pikachu launches on March 23.
