Update (2/2) Destructoid appears to have confirmed this news. Check out the following:
A Target employee has confirmed the authenticity of this document, an internal newsletter called “The Vibe in Electronics.” They state that running out of stock and not getting more shipments for a Target exclusive item is common. They also cement the fact that Sheik may be rare as there haven’t been many shipments coming in at all, but Toon Link is in fact common.
If you’re living in the U.S. and have interest in the Rosalina amiibo, you may want to try finding product sooner rather than later. An internal memo from Target indicates that the figure will not be restocked. As many of you know, Target is the only retailer selling the Rosalina amiibo in the United States.
There are some other interesting points from the memo as well. For instance, Target will apparently not stock the Mega Man, Sonic, King Dedede, and Ike amiibo in store. Consumers will instead be directed to order from the retailer’s website.
It won’t be much longer before Flipnote Studio 3D is made available to North American Club Nintendo members. A message posted on the website states, “For Flipnote Studio 3D, please check your To-Do list to receive your download code later this week.”
Platinum Games has added an 8-Bit Bayonetta flash game to their 404 error pages.
How about you give it a try!
Some lucky Club Nintendo members are already starting to see their copies of the Super Smash Bros. soundtrack arrive.
Inside the soundtrack there would appear to be a message from Masahiro Sakurai in which he explains that although the soundtrack was unavailable for sale due to licensing issues there are glad to be able to offer it as a special present.
Ok this is interesting, according to Sakurai's liner notes, they can't sell the Smash soundtrack due to rights issues pic.twitter.com/ks0Xfuiz71

Just announced via twitter Xenoblade Chronicles X will have a “Nintendo Direct” style broadcast on 2/6.
It would appear as if the focus will be on the world and scale of the game.
As promised Club Nintendo has updated its reward catalog with many new physical items as well as digital ones.
Quantities are limited in many of the physical rewards so make your choices wisely.
What will you spend your last coins on?
