Update: Best Buy is sending out an email to consumers confirming that low stock is to blame. $50 credit is being offered to compensate.
We’re sorry but there is an issue with your pre-order. The popularity of Nintendo 3DS XL Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask Limited Edition Gold/Black exceeded the quantities made available to Best Buy. As a result, we are unable to fulfill all of the pre-orders received. We regret that your particular order has been canceled and we know that this is disappointing. We want to make it up to you by offering a $50 discount that may be used towards the purchase of one of these alternate options, or other products on BestBuy.com/
The Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL situation just got a whole lot messier at Best Buy. We’re hearing that a slew of people have experienced order cancellations today.
This is different than what we reported on earlier this week, in which Best Buy started cancelling orders containing more than one system. Unfortunately, those who did only order one Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL are now seeing cancellations as well.
Update: Bowser and Sonic are now sold out!
Most of the wave three amiibo are pretty much sold out across retailers online. There are a couple of figures that can currently be pre-ordered on Amazon, however. Bowser and Sonic
are both in stock as of this moment – you can find both here.
There are some older amiibo that are in stock right now as well. These include Peach, Zelda, Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Luigi, Mario, Pikachu, Samus, and Yoshi.
Amazon is now taking pre-orders for the Mario Party 10 amiibo bundle. Along with a copy of the game, you’ll receive a Mario figure. Those who are interested in the bundle can place an order here.
Last year, RideOn Japan released “Adventure Bar Story” on the Japanese 3DS eShop. The title features a mix of tavern simulation and RPG gameplay.
Thanks to Circle Entertainment, it now looks like Adventure Bar Story will be brought overseas. The company posted a couple of English screenshots on its Twitter account earlier this week, so Adventure Bar Story should come to the North American and European 3DS eShops in the near future.
Here’s the tweet for reference:

GameFly listed Terraria for Wii U and 3DS earlier this week. At the time, we couldn’t be sure if those listings were legitimate or innocuous errors. But thanks to new findings at a different retailer, it seems quite possible that 505 Games is indeed bringing Terraria to both of Nintendo’s platforms.
Terraria popped up for both Wii U and 3DS
on Amazon today. A $29.99 price point is listed, along with a tentative October 31 launch date.
There is one strange thing about this situation: GameFly has since pulled its Wii U and 3DS Terraria listings. GameFly tends to be reliable more often than not, so I’m wondering if that was done simply because 505 Games hasn’t made an announcement yet. Either way, we’ll try to get an official answer from the company.
